Sold a DOA motherboard and DVD-Rom drive to an Agora trader in 2001, failed to answer emails from buyer or moderator , and then showed up here 4 years later, expecting everyone to forgive and forget. Until such time as he makes restitution he is suspended from any dealings in the Agora.

Seems to share a name and address with Jason Parker, aka Brian Minard, a known troll and someone who has recently trolled using stolen Ars identities and Beerology. Suspended until confirmation is made, at which time a ban will occur.

This guy (Jman @ Ars) is an imposter of JMan over on PCA. Formerly known as Comp007, and having problems all over the place with that ID. I don't recommend dealing with this guy (without extreme caution) until he proves he has cleaned up his act. UPDATE! Have not seen this guy post in some time. Perhaps this list scared him off.

Suspended from the entire Ars OpenForum Community on March 23, 2006. Joe has required more mod intervention than almost any trader I have dealt with. He had a FS thread up in Oct 2005 & was extremely slow shipping to ALL parties & still owes a trader a replacement drive that he has promised to ship at least 3 times over as many months. Joe’s consistently poor trading practices make doing business with him a risky venture at best.

Gave bad contact information, and continued to open new FS threads after being Suspended and told to contact a Mod before posting any more. His ridiculously low prices, combined with an empty profile and the bad contact information are textbook Troll indicators to me. The unsecured E-gold account bothers me, as well.

Banned from the entire Ars OpenForum Community on March 8, 2006. Sold ram to a trader here on Agora on 27 Oct 05. Still has not sent the ram or refunded the $24 to the buyer, despite numerous emails from the buyer and also emails from the mods to correct the situation. This despite the fact that he acknowledged receipt of the money and said on 23 Jan that he would have no problem sending the money back. Has not answered an email since.

Although, apparently, nobody has actually been ripped off by this trader, he has more complaints against him for slow action than any trader who has been allowed to continue trading. We are no longer willing to condone his business practice, especially when his very presence at Agora was a "special approval" under Agora Guideline 1.1 for a registered business.

NEW SEPT 10, 2005 ZivilynBane1 Mike has failed to pay for an item shipped to him over two months ago. He has again failed to live up to an agreement made with another party when a deal was struck. Further, he has failed to respond to the emails of the other party in the trade, or moderators. Mike has been a problem trader since he was banned as "MDTZeppelin" some time ago & then signed up under a new nick in violation of guidelines. Mike has been given many chances to change his trading practices & has chosen not to do so. He is also listed on the PCA Traders to avoid list as Mike Daniels, aka MTDZepplin41, Echoes230 and Aerisat. Mike is permanently banned from trading in the Agora.

November 01, 2006 - “IgoByte” (Igor), (post@berjan.net & igor@berjan.net) Has pending trades with at least three traders from his for-sale thread started Sept. 10th, 2006, has been paid in all three cases & has not shipped. Has not replied to emails from traders or mods & last posted on Ars in his thread on Sept. 30th. IgoByte is suspended from the Agora till all trading issues are resolved.
