| I bought a Panaflo from BEpsilon. It took us quite a while to deal with the transaction as I had no easy way to get a MO to Canada without having to pay nearly as much in fees as I was paying for the fan... Eventually he had me paypal a friend who then sent him the MO (or so I assume). He was extremely flexible on the payment side of things, highly recommended. One small point though: the fan was not as "advertised". I was told it was an H1A - this moniker is usually used to describe one of the "FBA-xxx" models, using the "hydro-wave bearing" technology. (relatively quiet fans). The markings on this fan indicate: FBP-08B12H. It's also 80x38, not a standard 80x25. It's not a problem with me by any means, and it's partially *my* fault for not confirming the label before I agreed to the transaction. I thought I was getting one fan and got something else instead. ;-) I'm not upset with the deal in the end, but I wanted my experience on record. | Initially we had some misunderstandings due to infrequent communication, but they were resolved (BEpsilon’s a busy guy, last week of school and all that, and I’m probably a bit neurotic anyhow). | I really can’t think of how anything about this transaction could have been better. I made a deal with Wilson to buy Flight Sim 2002 but a hellish week of midterms completely precluded my from getting to the post office for 2-3 days after we made the deal. Anyway, Wilson was very understanding and extremely fast in shipping. Even though the game was coming from Canada, it made it here within the week. A great deal all around.
